SSAI Scanning is a trading-card collection tracker: scan cards, catalog your collection, and view market-price estimates. By using the app you agree to these terms.
2Prices are estimates
Price information is aggregated from third-party market-data sources and automated estimates. It is provided for informational purposes only, may be inaccurate or out of date, and is not financial, investment, or appraisal advice. Always verify values independently before buying or selling.
3Subscriptions and billing
The app is free to use. Optional paid memberships — SSAI Premium, SSAI Seller, and SSAI Premium + Seller — unlock additional features and remove ads. Memberships are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions sold through Apple's App Store:
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Any discounted first-month price applies to your first month only, is available only to eligible new subscribers, and then renews at the standard monthly price.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
- Deleting your SSAI Scanning account does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel it in your App Store account settings.
We may change membership prices or features; price changes for existing subscribers follow Apple's notice and consent rules. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
4Your data
Your collection is stored on your device; optional cloud backup is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure. We may delete inactive backup data after extended periods with reasonable notice.
5Fair use
Shared services (price lookups, recognition data, backups) carry per-user limits. Attempting to circumvent limits, abuse the service, reverse-engineer the backend, or disrupt other users may result in suspension or termination of access.
6Marketplace integrations
Optional marketplace import, export, publishing, and sales-sync features are independent tools and are not endorsed or guaranteed by the marketplace. You remain responsible for reviewing listing changes, fulfilling orders, handling refunds, and verifying inventory and financial records. Automated matching can be incomplete or incorrect, so unmatched or uncertain events may require your review.
7Intellectual property
Card names, artwork, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. SSAI Scanning is an independent collection-management tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading-card publisher.
8No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
9Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
